Every pizza starts with our signature dough, handcrafted from a blend of Central Milling organic flour and organic whole wheat flour, mixed with filtered water, first cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Naturally leavened with non-GMO yeast and a touch of local raw honey to feed the yeast, it’s cold-fermented to develop deep flavor and a perfect crust—crispy on the outside, airy on the inside.

Our sauce is pure and simple—just the way it should be. We use only Bianco Di Napoli organic tomatoes packed in their own organic juice, seasoned with organic whole leaf basil, sea salt, and a hint of citric acid to balance the sweetness. No sugar. No shortcuts.

Each pie is finished with whole milk mozzarella, a rich, creamy cheese made with cultured pasteurized milk and buffalo milk for a smooth melt and full-bodied flavor that sets our pizza apart.

Then comes the star: Pepperoni—thick-cut, dry-cured, and bursting with old-world flavor. As it bakes, it crisps at the edges and releases just the right amount of spice and smokiness, giving you that perfect cup-and-char finish true pepperoni lovers crave.
